Your Key Responsibilities

• Calculate costs for RfQs ensuring precision and accuracy.

• Develop IPA reports to assist leadership in investment and business opportunity evaluations.

• Continuously improve and enhance the Schaeffler production system for your assigned segment of the organization.

• Define and implement measures to achieve high productivity in core and support production processes.

• Support Value Analysis and Value Engineering (VAVE) with the VAVE Engineer.

• Apply logical thinking and cost development knowledge to inform strategic decisions.

• Contribute to the development of process strategy within a core organizational field.

• Assist in aligning capacity, demand, budget, and investment projects.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience in a related field.

• External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship
