  • Provide guidance for product development processes (PEP/VEP) in eMobility/Mechatronics.
  • Lead the implementation/improvement of new processes/tools through business demand management:
    • Understand and document business requirements.
    • Develop functional specifications and new solutions.
    • Coordinate end-to-end testing and create training documents.
  • Roll out new versions of existing tools/processes regionally with the Global team.
  • Support or lead projects in the PEP/VEP areas as needed.
  • Provide regional project management training in R&D.

*Your Qualifications* Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in R&D areas
  • Knowledge of product development processes, new product launch processes (samples/prototypes), and product change management
  • Involvement in at least one full-lifecycle new product launch
  • Strong analytical, organizational, time management, facilitation, and process management skills
  • Proven high-level written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team, adapt to fast-paced environments, negotiate priorities, and travel as needed for business objectives
  • External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship

Preferred:

  • PMP certification
  • 3 years' experience in PLM workspace (SAP/Windchill/CREO)
  • Experience with eMobility/Mechatronics processes, projects, and tools (ALM/V-Model/Windchill RV&S/ASPICE/CodeBeamer)
