Job Description

As a key information security executive, this individual will interact extensively with critical business and technology stakeholders across the company to enable business results and outcomes. This individual will have a keen focus on translating customer and regulatory requirements into innovative and cost-effective security solutions that are delivered on time and within budget and reduce risk to the business. This leader will be responsible for the strategy, roadmap development and program/project implementation of a wide array of information security services that focus on the protection of our data, technology assets, networks and workforce identities. Recent, deep experience with development of data and asset protection capabilities, cloud security, automation, network security as well as identity and access management solutions, are a must. The role requires an individual that is ambitious, creative, highly resourceful, self-driven and results oriented with extensive experience in information technology and information security services development and operations. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, lead by example and have sound business judgement and problem-solving expertise. The leader must possess the ability to collaborate and influence outcomes across a complex and diverse organization. This technology leader sets strategic direction, roadmaps and program/project delivery for a distributed team of 275 personnel, including setting priorities for supporting a budget that exceeds $40 million. Responsibilties include:Lead the overall Identity & Access Management program. Responsible for the strategy definition, technology roadmaps, program/project delivery for the identity and access management systems. Lead the overall cloud security program for the company. Define and deliver cloud security capabilities that enable the CIO organization Drive to Cloud initiatives as well as other company cloud initiatives. Works across a matrix team to deliver all cloud security services. Key influencer within the technology organizations on cloud security, cloud migration and adoption. Lead the data and asset protection program for the company. Responsible for the strategy definition, technology roadmaps, program/project delivery for the data and asset protection program. Operate as a strategic leader with an ability to effectively manage a complex portfolio of strategic and tactical projects. Working across the company with key information technology and business leaders, drive alignment on key information security risks and action plans to reduce risk. Collaborate and drive effective partnerships across the company technology functions to maximize alignment, investments and delivery. Develop and mentor talent to meet the technology objectives of the organization.

Required Qualifications

Should possess 20+ years of steady career progression including senior level information technology and information security leadership experience ideally in a critical infrastructure industry related environment. Demonstrated experience working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders at all levels on strategic and operational information security projects. Deep experience with Identity and Access Management technologies and solutions. Deep experience with cloud security strategy, planning and implementation in a hybrid cloud environment. Deep experience with data and asset protection capability development and implementation to include endpoint, server, mainframe, cloud assets, network and data loss protection. Demonstrated experience with information risk management practices and stakeholder risk discussions. Large-scale application development experience is highly preferred from a rapidly changing business environment. Progressive track record leading change through a rapid period of transformation. Management of budgets exceeding $50 million and matrix teams greater than 200. Ability to quickly make decisions through a combination of analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment. A builder of talent who can empower and motivate teams. Comfort operating at scale and with business stakeholders driving in rapid manner.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required.
