Insight Global Technical Product Manager in Woonsocket, Rhode Island

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to support the strategic vision, development, and execution of fortune 500 Healthcare companys trade tools. As a key member of the team, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality features that exceed customer expectations. You will partner deeply with the respective stakeholders across the company to understand the goals, drive outcomes, and deliver value. You will also support team members responsible for the life cycle management of the product, especially the engineers, to ensure technical quality and solution delivery. This role is responsible for driving the technical roadmap and solutions for the product to achieve outcomes and deliver value. It requires strong relationship management and the ability to partner cross-functionally with key stakeholders to deliver on commitments while also evaluating current products state to identify opportunities through customer needs, product analysis, digital data and stakeholder conversations. This position will start at 20 Hours per week with the opportunity for 40 as the project progresses, but not guaranteed at the start. This can sit fully remote with the compensation ranging from $45-$55/hr based on years of experience.

Skills and Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience

  • 5+ years of experience problem solving within complex environments

  • 5+ years of experience facilitating cross-functional teams efforts

  • Experience in Data Portals

  • Experience with cloud and cloud migrations (GCP Preferred)

  • 3+ years of experience working in an agile environments and leading decentralized teams

  • High technology, data, and security acumen - Experience in Pharmacy or Pharmacy benefit Management null
