Position Summary

The Infrastructure Implementation Manager (IIM) leads program/project teams comprised of infrastructure resources and specialists across multiple platforms and technologies within Technology Services and Solutions (TSS) to deliver infrastructure in support of the project and/or program portfolio. The IIM partners closely with internal teams and external service providers to deliver infrastructure all infrastructure platforms. The IIM is a technical and business professional who understands system components and subsystems for infrastructure projects and drives the infrastructure requirements to meet key project/program goals. The IIM needs to be able provide leadership for disparate infrastructure technology professionals working together to provide optimal infrastructure solutions for IT projects. This requires a balance of technical understanding of the infrastructure disciplines and excellent understanding of working in a Project Management framework leveraged by the various technology projects.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in delivering optimized infrastructure solutions as part of successful project deployments

• 5+ years of experience working directly with senior leadership stakeholders for significant project/program delivery

• 3+ years experience working with a variety of Project Management frameworks like Agile, SAFe, Waterfall

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP Certification

• SAFe Agile certification

• ITIL certification

• Experience with AWS, MS Azure, GCP

• Technical experience in multiple IT Infrastructure technologies (Server, Network, Storage, Middleware, Database & Security)

• Healthcare or retail industry experience

• Experience working with geographically dispersed teams, including onshore and offshore

• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to resolve technical, people, and process related issues while leading a cross-functional team

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$66,330.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
