Position Summary

The Manager, Pharmacy Product Development- Omni Channel Operations is a critical role responsible for overseeing the Retail Pharmacy Growth Portfolio's strategic multi-year planning and governance. You will play a pivotal role in driving business transformation within one of the leading healthcare companies globally, requiring a blend of intellectual curiosity, tenacity, and strategic acumen. For the Manager, Pharmacy Product Development- Omni Channel Operation, shaping the growth trajectory of the Retail Pharmacy portfolio, driving strategic initiatives, and fostering collaboration across the organization to achieve business objectives and drive value for stakeholders is the main objective.

Position Requirements

  • Strategic Planning & Financial Management : Support strategic planning by managing budget and aligning project prioritization with organizational goals within the Retail Pharmacy portfolio. Responsible for supporting idea pipeline and managing project intake process

  • Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting : Foster relationships with stakeholders across Digital, IT, Finance, and Legal to integrate outputs into a unified strategy. Develop reports and presentations for senior leadership to support decision-making.

  • Cross-functional Leadership : Collaborate with Growth teams, support Portfolio Optimization Managers, and ensure governance and compliance in financial and operational processes.

  • Portfolio & Budget Oversight : Oversee the Retail Rx Growth Portfolio, manage the capital budget, and facilitate IT project slotting and resource allocation.

  • Operational Support & Agile Advocacy : S upport quarterly planning, and advocate for Agile methodologies to enhance growth opportunity identification and value capture.

  • Executive Communication & Team Facilitation : Simplify complex project details for executive understanding, establish work prioritization metrics, and mediate between Pharmacy teams and leadership to align on digital investments.

  • Transparency & Reporting : Partner with the Digital team for the Pharmacy Prioritization Committee, ensuring clarity on digital initiatives, and report on the progress and milestones of Pharmacy Growth programs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 3 + years of experience in managing projects, collaborating with stakeholders, ability to think creatively, be a self-starter and pivot from work tasks

  • 3 + years of experience in engaging in multiple projects within one or more programs, including leveraging interdependencies, prioritizing projects and (re) allocating scarce resources, and understanding corresponding financial effects

  • 2 + years of experience building and delivering leadership-facing presentations, trackers and KPIs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience in project prioritization, financial management , and strategic planning, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams

  • Demonstrated capability in building effective relationships, driving stakeholder alignment, and navigating complex organizational structures

  • Experience with portfolio management tools and business intelligence platforms i s a plus

Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration , Finance, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$63,300.00 - $139,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
