Position Summary

The IBP Manager is accountable for leading the development, execution, maintenance, and communication of the Integrated Business Planning processes, policies and tools that reinforce roles and responsibilities and provide clarity to cross-functional teams. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the IBP process assisting IBP leads in driving monthly actions that will resolve demand – supply challenges that deliver our operational forecast, sales, and yield inventory improvement measures which positively support the entire IBP process with data, ensuring robust measurable short- and long-term processes are utilized driving consensus amongst Sales/marketing, Value Stream Teams, Finance and Operations which is utilized to project and monitor business financial performance and operating plans. This includes budgeting, financial forecasting, capacity planning and sourcing.

In addition, you will partner closely with various teams to identify opportunities, validate business impact, establish timelines to capture value and work closely with external partners to explore additional value creation opportunities.Additional responsibilities include:• Effective communication with retail, finance, and supply chain leadership and other internal stakeholders on progress of key initiatives, opportunities/risks.• Developing and tracking initiative investment budgets (capital and expense).• Evaluating process improvement opportunities while also ensuring seamless business support and people-first approach to change management.• Development of high performing strategy and execution teams that work effectively with other parts of the business and with suppliers and external supply chain partners to meet business targets.

• Develop training materials, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and documentation to ensure that optimized processes are effectively adopted and maintained by teams.

•Assist in preparing all data and presentations needed to support the monthly IBP process including portfolio review, demand review, supply review, integrated reconciliation, and Executive business review.

•Analyzes and provides root cause analysis to quantify MoM changes related to demand, sales, and supply at regional level across all business channels to provide end-to-end visibility to drive action to mitigate risk.

•Assists IBP leads in driving monthly actions that will resolve demand – supply challenges that deliver our operational forecast, sales, and yield inventory improvement measures which positively support the entire IBP process with data.

•Drive volume requirements for the network.

•Sustain the long-term planning strategy to ensure the right capital investments are done on time to meet business needs.

Required Qualifications

•3 years with Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Capacity Planning, or similar experience

•Database and SQL: must carry hands-on experience with SQL.

•Lean Six Sigma/DMAIC (Defining, Measuring, Analyzing, Improving, and Controlling)/Kaizen•2 years of understanding of corporate finance/ building ROI models using Excel and database systems•Experience with mathematical and basic statistical knowledge•15% travel

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$63,300.00 - $139,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
