Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an informatica Production Support Analyst involved in 24/7 L2 Production Support in an onshore-offshore model. They will be responsible for receiving, analyzing and identifying solutions for all types of priority production issues/tickets. You will be the Primary technical got-to resource with the main responsibility of troubleshooting batch events in Informatica, Unix, and SAP. This involves performing analyses & code deployment of recurring problems. We are looking for someone with a Development background who is looking to make the step into a production Support environment with the hours of 11:30 AM 8:30 PM EST (Mon-Fri). Compensation ranges $40/hr-$50/hr based on years of experience.

Skills and Requirements

• Must have between 7-17 years of experience in informatica development

• Hands on Experience with Unix Shell Scripting

• Strong experience and understanding of PL/SQL

• Experienced with Teradata

• Open to jumping into a true production support role

• Great communication and ability to problem solve null
