Job Duties:
Job duties include landscaping and lawn maintenance of properties using tools or equipment. Tasks may include: mowing, trimming, weed-eating, edging, bed maintenance, pulling weeds, mulching, watering, fertilizing, digging, rake/blow leaves, seeding, hauling/spreading topsoil, planting plant materials, installation of sprinklers and mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. Local travel between worksites required. Must be able to lift 50lbs. and work in adverse weather conditions.

Work Hours/Dates:
Basic: 40 hours per week; 7:00am4:00pm, M-F, including one unpaid lunch hour.

Geographic area of intended employment: Rapides Parish, LA.

Rate of Pay: $14.37/hour.
6.
Overtime hours may be available, and the hours vary, rate of overtime pay: $21.56.

Employees may make additional compensation/bonuses based on performance, at the discretion of Employer.

On job training provided to workers.

Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due.

Frequency of pay: Weekly.
11.
Boarding options: No housing is offered to workers.
12.
Employer will make all deductions from workers paycheck as required by law.

If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed early, employer will provide or pay for the workers reasonable costs of return transportation and daily subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.

Employer will pay for the workers cost of return transportation and daily subsistence from the place of employment to the place from which the worker, disregarding intervening employment, departed to work for the employer, if the worker completes the certified period of employment or is dismissed from employment for any reason by the employer before the end of the period, as is also outlined above.

Employer does provide daily transportation to the worksite.
- Employer will reimburse H-2B worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government i
