Global Foundries Senior Associate Engineer Device Engineering in Woodlands, Singapore
Assist engineers in device development of CMOS, Non-Volatile Memories and Sensors technology.
Principal Accountabilities
Handling high precision equipment to perform sophisticated semiconductor device characterization involving MOSFET, BJT, Sensors and non-volatile memory devices
Coding for test automation and data extraction
Management of testing tools, including spares, calibration, and repairs
Administrative support
Education
Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Field of specialization: Microelectronics (preferred)
Experience
- Senior Associate Engineer: Diploma + 3years of relevant experience
Other Essential Attributes
Familiar with Microsoft Excel (preferably including macros) and Word
Knowledge of labview, C/C++, or Python is a bonus
Conscientious, accurate and organized
Good communication and interpersonal skills
