Introduction :
Development of FET device models for advanced RF/mmW design applications such as RF/mmW PA and LNA.
Job Description:
Development of RF/mmW FET transistor model using industry standard models, e.g., BSIM.
Support characterization and data analysis for FET device at DC and RF/mmW frequency range.
Work with fab device team to interpret DC/RF characteristics and debug device issues.
Perform RF/mmW simulation and prepare model-hardware correlation (MHC) report.
Participate in customer engagement discussion and circuit issue de-bugging.
Required Qualifications :
BS, MS or PhD in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, or related field.
BS with 4 years of experience, MS with 2 years of experience, PhD with 0 year of experience.
Experience in DC/RF/mmW device modeling (ADS, ICCAP, Cadence Virtuoso, etc.), RC parasitic extraction tools, device layout CAD tools, and DC/RF/mmW device/circuit characterizations would be preferred. Having RF/mmW circuit designs experience would be an added advantage.
Project management skills, i.e., ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter.
Fluency in English Language – written & verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Material Engineering
PhD in Electrical/Electronic/Material Engineering
