Description We are inviting applications for a Marketing Assistant/Analyst 3 role within the Health Insurance sector located in Woodland Hills, California, United States. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity. The job involves handling various marketing and training responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns.

• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition ventures.

• Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication.

• Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material, etc.)

• Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.

• Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.

• Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.

• Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.

• Use different tools and methodologies to train the marketing team. Requirements • Proficiency in various marketing techniques and platforms

• Demonstrable experience in marketing field

• Good understanding of office management and marketing principles

• Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines

• Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach

• Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google AdWords etc.)

• Exquisite communication and people skills

• High School diploma; BSc in Marketing, Business or relevant field is a strong advantage

• Sound knowledge of health insurance industry

• Experience in training staff or stakeholders on marketing strategies and tools

• Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
