Robert Half currently has an available HR Manager role local to Woodland Hills, CA who will oversee all aspects of human resources management for our client. We are looking for a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for promoting a positive workplace culture. As the HR Manager, you will play a critical role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. A proven performer will have experience with Recruitment and Staffing, Employee Relations, Training and Development, Benefits Administration, HR Policies and Compliance, Performance Management, HR Metrics and Reporting, Employee Engagement, HR Administration, Employee Safety and Wellness, and more. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.

• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and Title VII.

• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.

• Proven leadership and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement.

• High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.

• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
