Description We are in search of an Entry Level Accountant to join our team in Woodland Hills, California, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and verifying tax information from both corporate and individual clients, maintaining meticulous records, and conducting comparisons with system data. This role is within the accounting sector and provides a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the intake and validation of tax forms from clients

• Perform detailed comparison of validated tax forms with existing system records

• Establish and maintain accurate client records

• Utilize accounting software systems effectively to process data

• Conduct account analysis and reconciliation tasks as required

• Handle accounting entries and functions with precision

• Utilize ERP solutions and Adobe Acrobat in daily tasks

• Process accounts payable (AP) following established procedures

• Ensure adherence to basic business etiquette in all interactions. Requirements • Possession of a Bachelors / Honours Degree in Accounting or related field

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in an accounting role

• Proficient in account coding procedures

• Experience with various accounting software systems

• Proficient in Adobe Acrobat

• Experience with ERP solutions

• Capability to perform account analysis

• Experience in managing accounting entries

• Knowledge of various accounting functions

• Experience in account reconciliation

• Familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP) processes
