Our Summer Intern Program will give you the opportunity to work with passionate problem solvers on meaningful assignments. Our collaborative culture will inspire you to learn from the experience of those around you while sharing your experience.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Assist with project management of HR initiatives (including but not limited to: PO conversion project and employee culture & engagement)

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to finalize HR policies

  • Identify value-adds to employee value proposition

  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition (including but not limited to: Creating recruitment marketing content for Talent Acquisition team on LinkedIn, interview scheduling and tracking, participate in recruitment status update calls, and onboarding of new hires)

  • Monitor and respond to HR inquiries from employees

  • Collaborate on Philanthropic initiatives

  • Embody Endo’s values throughout everyday work and (Drive, Innovation, Collaboration, Empathy, Integrity & Quality)

  • Partner and assist on HR ad-hoc projects as they arise

Education & Experience:

  • Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, in a relevant field of study to the internship you are applying for.

Knowledge

  • Knowledge of MS suite of products

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

  • Proficient in PC programs, including Microsoft Office.

Skills & Abilities

  • Requires a student with strong communication skills, the ability to think strategically, and demonstrate leadership potential.
