We offer 216 independent, assisted living and memory care apartments. Responsibilities: Has responsibility for administration of day-to-day services for home care clients; responds to tenant emergencies and medical concerns. Acts as a resource in interpreting nursing policies and procedures. Assigns staff to handle campus emergencies (Apartments) in the absence of administrative staff. Qualifications Education: Successful completion of an accredited Nursing program. Current Minnesota licensure as a Registered Nurse. Experience: Three to five years nursing experience. Two to three years home health care experience including Comprehensive Home Care requirements required preferred. Three years supervisory experience preferred. Special Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Demonstrated working knowledge of Federal and State Home Health / Assisted Living rules and regulations; demonstrated ability to accurately interpret and communicate these rules and regulations Effective time management, prioritization and problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication Working knowledge of personal computers and related software Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to positively manage subordinates; demonstrated integrity and good judgment of initiative Equal Opportunity Employer: Minorities, Women, Protected Veterans, Disabled.
