Description We are on the lookout for a Sr. Financial Analyst to join our operations in Princeton area., In this position, you will be tasked with supporting our finance department by ensuring the precision of forecasts in our systems, delivering strong analytics through dynamic reporting, and closely monitoring and aligning on operating expenses. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities: Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and manage financial strategies, forecasting, and budgeting processes to support the organization’s goals and long-term objectives. Provide leadership in financial decision-making by analyzing data and trends to offer actionable insights. Reporting and Compliance: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring compliance with internal policies, as well as local, state, and federal regulations. Manage audits and implement controls to maintain integrity in financial reporting. Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and upskill finance and accounting team members by leveraging strategies such as detail oriented certifications, mentoring programs, and job rotations to address skills gaps. Financial Operations Management: Supervise core finance functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and cash flow management. Drive process improvement initiatives to maximize efficiency while maintaining the accuracy of operations. Technology and Tools Optimization: Oversee the implementation or optimization of ERP systems and other financial software. Ensure the team is trained to operate advanced financial tools like AI platforms and Excel to boost productivity and enhance decision-making. Requirements • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a related field • Experience with Hyperion Enterprise and Hyperion Planning • Familiarity with OneStream software • Experience with TM1 software
