Robert Half Business Analyst in Woodbridge, New Jersey

Description

This role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth interaction between our business and IT teams, shaping our business strategy, and driving our product development process. The Business Analyst will be a vital part of our team, focusing on understanding and documenting business needs, improving our process efficiency, and ensuring the successful delivery of our business solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.

• Develop creative wireframes, screen mockups, and prototypes to visualize proposed business solutions.

• Act as a vital link between business units and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of business needs.

• Lead workshops and stakeholder meetings to elicit requirements, identify challenges, and drive consensus on solutions.

• Perform thorough gap analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and alignment with business objectives.

• Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and use cases to support software development teams.

• Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and development teams throughout the project lifecycle to ensure timely delivery of solutions.

• Conduct comprehensive impact analysis and assess risks related to proposed changes, ensuring all aspects are considered before implementation.

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test cases, assisting with testing activities, and ensuring business needs are met.

• Mentor and guide junior analysts on best practices in business analysis and stakeholder management.

Requirements • Proficiency in Business Analysis and Gap Analysis

• Experience in creating wireframes and screen mockups for web portals

• Skilled in AB testing and Agile Scrum methodologies

• Ability to gather requirements and document business requirements

• Strong skills in CRM (Customer Relationship Management)

• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically

• Ability to work in a team and independently
