Associate with the focus on FP&A based out of Plano, TX; Atlanta, GA; or Iselin, NJ metro areas.

You need to have a proven track record showing outstanding performance and continuous development and interest to grow and work outside of your area of expertise (e.g., in other practices or regions).

Responsibilities:

• Identify key risks in Siemens’s operational and financial environment, with a key focus on financial planning, budgeting, and analysis, and developing an understanding of business processes, goals, and strategy to provide analyses and interpretation to management.

• Design and execute comprehensive audits following the agile audit methodology to address identified risks.

• Independently drive assurance objectives, define, and align conclusions and recommended improvements to drive change in the organization.

• Foster innovation and further development of processes and methodology as well as develop and promote digital use cases that increase coverage and overall assurance in cooperation with our data analytics team.

• Participate in meetings with Senior Management and drive discussions about observations, conclusions, and next steps from the engagement.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of accounting, financial or operations experience preferably within a multinational corporation or financial institution.

• Bachelor’s (BS/ BA) or higher degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related field. MBA, CPA, ACCA, or ACA qualification is a plus.

• Solid understanding of general accounting, forecasting, financial management and analysis.

• Fluent English is required with the ability to speak, write, read, and interpret documents. Knowing additional languages is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexibility to travel 30% including internationally as well as to live/embrace our hybrid work culture.

• The pay range for this position is $71,200 - $122,100 and the incentive target will be 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
