Dental Account Receivable Specialists! ProSmile, the premier Dental Service Organization in the NJ/MD/PA tristate area is currently offering career opportunities working on our Revenue Cycle Management team.  If you have experience in Dental Insurance Collections this might be the right role for you! 

THIS JOB IS 100% REMOTE but must be available to work Eastern Time Zone

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for accurately working Insurance AR accounts and exhausting all efforts to quickly resolve unpaid dental claims.

  • Ensures all dental insurance related duties are completed in a timely and accurate manner to ensure excellent patient relations and financial success for the Practices.

  • Achieves collections goals by effectively managing accounts receivable, prioritizing account reviews and utilizing time management skills.

  • Assists team members as needed with payment and insurance processes

  • Prioritizes daily workload to efficiently work claims based on $ amount and timely filing deadlines.

  • Ensures all claims are working prior to payor timely filing deadlines are hit.

  • Performs root cause analysis across multiple claims issues and various payors to ensure timely resolution for patients.

  • Serves as a liaison between insurance carriers, staff and patients to resolve any concerns.

  • Facilitates resolution of accounts by working with the dental office to obtain necessary information in a timely manner

  • Treats confidentiality of patient data with utmost importance.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of three years’ dental collections experience.

  • Experience reading and interpreting dental EOB's.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of CDT codes.

  • Knowledge of PPO, and Medicaid plans.

  • Detail-oriented, independent thinker with critical thinking skills is a must.

  • Understands dental terminology, explanation of benefits, dental billing protocols and coding importance.

  • Exhibits good working knowledge of Excel for reporting, productivity tracking, etc.
