Description

We are offering a unique position located in the Woodbridge, New Jersey area. The role is for an Amazon Sales Specialist who will be part of our client's dynamic team. The job function involves a range of duties including processing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. The individual will also monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process customer credit applications, ensuring accuracy at all times.

• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date customer credit records.

• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service.

• Monitor customer accounts regularly, identifying and addressing any issues.

• Take appropriate action on customer accounts as needed, following organizational guidelines and procedures.

• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Amazon’s sales platform to optimize sales.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for boosting Amazon sales.

• Analyze sales data from Amazon to identify trends and potential opportunities.

• Conduct regular reviews of Amazon product listings for accuracy and optimization.

• Maintain a strong knowledge of new and existing products to effectively promote sales on Amazon.

Requirements • Proficiency in sales, with a proven track record of exceeding targets

• Strong understanding of Amazon sales strategies and marketplace

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic decisions based on findings

• Proficient in using sales software and tools

• Detail-oriented and highly organized

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Knowledge of marketing and PR strategies

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making

• Knowledge of current e-commerce trends and market conditions

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

• Willingness to continually learn and adapt to new sales strategies and tools

• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals efficiently

• High level of professionalism and integrity in all customer interactions

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
