Maxim Healthcare in Bedford NH is eager to match talented and empathetic LPN with our lovely patient in the Wolfeboro area for a 1:1 private duty nursing opportunity. Our cases provide wonderful and stable working environments where a nurse can utilize their skills and focus on one patient. We offer a flexible schedule, in home and skills advancement training as well as no required holidays.

• Location- Wolfeboro, NH

• DX- Cerebral Palsy

• Hours- Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday 9:30am-5:30pm

• Pay rate- $30-$36

• Pets- Dog

• Smoking- non-smoking home

• Skills required- G-tube and Trach

  Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders

• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.

• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

  Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.

• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.

• Current BLS card.

• One-year prior professional nursing experience preferred
