Wellforce Patient Account Specialist 2 - Customer Service Liaison in Woburn, Massachusetts

Under the direction of the Manager, the Patient Account Specialist II will have attained a level of performance that is seen as with excellent customer service skills, knowledge of third party billing requirements and effective communication skills will ensure this process is completed in a timely manner. Equally important is the ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently with minimal processing errors. Works closely with the manager handling assigned tasks as they arise.

Level of knowledge equivalent to Associates degree in related field. Three years of experience as a Patient Account Representative/Liaison or equivalent and must exceed or meet most of the expectations of the Patient Account Representative. Maintains an accuracy rate of 98% or better. Knowledge of insurance plan requirements, medical terminology, CPT/HCPCS/ICD10 and PC knowledge. Fully cross-trained in all department functions. Exceeds department productivity levels. Always displays exceptional customer service skills. Must be able to read and write and understand English. Meditech, Experian experience preferred. Exceptional customer service skills are critical. Good interpersonal, organizational communication skills; both verbal and written. Ability to prioritize and respond effectively to multiple and /or changing job expectations.
