Randstad is working with a close knit team in the service industry to identify their next Service Coordinator! Are you looking to become a vital part of a team? As the Dispatcher/Service Coordinator in this fast-paced service company. You'll be responsible for coordinating and scheduling field service technicians, organizing daily workflows, responding to customer requests, and driving company revenue goals. Responsibilities

• Daily Scheduling: Manage the daily schedules of field service technicians.

• Customer Interaction: Directly interact with customers in need of service.

• Inbound/Outbound Calls: Handle inbound calls and make outbound calls to schedule services and solicit future business.

• Dispatching: Assign technicians to jobs efficiently.

• Team Support: Assist team members with various tasks.

• Database Management: Maintain and update the customer database.

• Customer Service: Provide "Best in Class" customer service.
