ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Read work orders and Batch cards to determine production specifications and information.

· Precision Weigh Up of liquids, adhesives, paint, and other conductive chemicals.

· Perform Mixing operation to batch card requirements.

· Dispense material into proper containers.

· Print and label required product and complete basic packaging

· Record production information using Day by Hour.

· Perform Quality checks as needed to maintain a clean and safe work area. Sustain Safety and 5S program.

· Other job duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND DESIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & ABILITIES:

· US Citizenship or Permanent US Resident Status required.

· High school diploma or GED (General Education Degree) required.

· Minimum of 2 years of Manufacturing experience or batch making.

· Must have knowledge of weights and be able to use a scale as well as math skills.

· Must be able to work in a fast-paced department and be able to multi-task.

· Effective communication skills; written as well as verbal.
