Job Title: CNC Operator
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience operating CNC Milling and Lathe machines, along with the ability to read blueprints and work orders. You should be comfortable using various measurement tools and have some setup experience. You will primarily be working with Lathe machines (Haas) and inspecting parts coming off the machines.
Responsibilities
Operate CNC Milling and Lathe machines.
Read and interpret blueprints and work orders.
Use measurement tools such as calipers, verniers, and micrometers.
Inspect parts coming off the machines to ensure quality.
Perform setup tasks as needed.
Essential Skills
Prior CNC operating experience or relevant schooling.
Ability to read and write effectively.
Comfortable using measurement tools.
Experience with CNC Milling and Lathe machines.
Ability to read blueprints and work orders.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience working with stainless steel and aluminum.
Familiarity with Haas machines.
Minimum of 5+ years of CNC experience in a production-manufacturing environment.
At least 3 years of experience operating Milling/Lathe machines.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Woburn, Massachusetts.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00
