Description We are in search of an Operations (ERP) Manager based in WIXOM, Michigan. This role is pivotal to our operations, focusing on system and process management within our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering our ERP system, facilitating a seamless transition from engineering to manufacturing, and enhancing overall system utilization.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the integration of existing BOMs and engineering procedures into our ERP system.

• Identify potential process enhancements within our ERP system and implement changes.

• Manage shop floor tracking, which includes but is not limited to capacity planning, internal production tracking, inventory management, and scheduling.

• Propose and implement organizational process improvements.

• Regularly report on progress and KPIs to management.

• Facilitate the integration of future acquisitions into our ERP system and identify operational improvements.

• Collaborate with various teams across the organization to train them on process enhancements.

• Work closely with Program Management to identify potential issues that may impact program scheduling. Requirements • The candidate must have more than 7 years of experience in a relevant field.

• Proficiency in Epicor and Epicor ERP software is required.

• The candidate must demonstrate a strong understanding of Change Management.

• Experience in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is essential.

• Knowledge and application of Bill of Materials (BOM) is required.

• Prior experience in the Manufacturing Industry is a must.

• The candidate should have a strong background in Operations Management.

• Proficiency in KPI Reporting is necessary.

• The candidate should be capable of initiating and managing Process Improvement Initiatives.

• Experience in managing Process Improvement Projects is needed.

• The candidate should have a solid understanding and ability to apply Process Improvement strategies and tactics. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
