ASRC Federal Gulf States Constructors is seeking an Installation Management Manager to support financial and real property management and environmental compliance at Sheppard Air Force Base (SAFB) in Wichita Falls, Texas. This contract is a base maintenance/operations support-type contract, also known as BMC or BOS.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the Installation Management activity for all Installation Management Functions to include: (1) Financial Management (FM); (2) Real Property (RP); and (3) Environmental Compliance at SAFB.

• Lead a team of specialists in support of contract requirements.

• Act as Real Estate & Natural Infrastructure AMP manager.

• Develop objectives and targets to achieve desired program initiatives.

• Assist with program-level self-assessment to assess compliance with all Federal, State, local and Air Force regulations and laws.

• Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures in compliance with legal codes and regulations.

• Communicate and coordinate among program, project, customer, and supporting staffs.

• Analyze potential issues/problems and develop corrective actions for their resolutions.

• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree

• Minimum of three years' of relevant experience.

• Skill in communicating orally and in writing with clarity, conciseness, and persuasiveness.

• Be able to prepare a conduct briefings to customers including senior leadership.

• Be willing and able to work with customers and coworkers in a courteous, professional, and effective manner.

• Must be able to pass a drug screen.

• Must be a US citizen and currently possess or be able to obtain/maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance.

• Be proficient in using Microsoft Office 365 software suite and Adobe Acrobat Pro.

• Must maintain a valid US driver's license.

• Be committed to providing for and maintaining a safe working environment.
