JOB REQUIREMENTS: Senior In-Home Caregiver Are you a passionate and dedicated caregiver who enjoys working 1:1 with someone who needs your help and assistance? If so, please consider assisting an active Wisconsin Rapids female in maintaining her independence in her apartment. Wage: \$15.00 / Hour Usual Hours Within the Home: Monday Sunday 8:30 am 10:30 am, 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm, 10:30 pm 11:45 pm Immediate Needs: (Please let us know what hours work for your schedule) Mondays: 8:30 am 10:30 am & 10:30 pm 11:45 pm Tuesdays: 10:30 pm 11:45 pm Wednesdays: 10:30 pm 11:45 pm Thursdays: 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm & 10:30 pm 11:45 pm Fridays: All Shifts Noted Above Saturday: All Shifts Noted Above Sunday: All Shifts Noted Above Additional shifts may be available based on need Tasks: Training Is Available Assist with getting up in the morning and getting ready for the day ahead. Assist with getting ready and into bed for a good night\'s sleep. Personal Care to include transfers, showering, toileting, and medication administration as directed by this member. Meal preparation and general cleaning Ideal Candidate: - Familiar With All Personal Care, Transfers & Medication Administration - Familiar with Cerebral Palsy - Dog and Cat Friendly - Favorable Background Community Horizons offers support for individuals enrolled in self-directed programs through Managed Care Organization or IRIS (Include, Respect, I Self-Direct) throughout Wisconsin. Self-direction gives program participants the choice over who provides services and how they receive them.
