Robert Half HR Coordinator in Winterville, North Carolina

Description We are in need of a diligent HR Coordinator to join our operations in Winterville, North Carolina. In this role, you will be expected to manage HRIS platforms, administer employee data, and produce comprehensive reports for HR and leadership. This position is a short term contract employment opportunity in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and manage HRIS platforms, ensuring data stability and precision

• Generate and analyze standard and custom reports for HR and leadership, providing insightful data for decision making

• Oversee and manage employee data within the HRIS, optimizing for accuracy and efficiency

• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify and implement HRIS process improvements, enhancing system functionality

• Troubleshoot and remediate system issues, working closely with IT or vendors when necessary

• Develop dashboards to monitor key HR metrics such as turnover, headcount, and performance, aiding in strategic planning and execution

• Ensure system settings and roles are configured to maintain security and compliance with company policies, safeguarding sensitive information

• Stay informed on HR technology trends and best practices to optimize systems for business needs, staying ahead of industry developments

• Provide training and support for HRIS users, ensuring smooth operation and user experience. Requirements • Proficiency in ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is necessary for effective candidate tracking and management.

• Knowledge about 'About Time' software is required to ensure efficient time tracking and management.

• Auditing skills are crucial for assessing the effectiveness of HR policies and procedures.

• Familiarity with Paycom software is needed for comprehensive HR management, payroll services, and talent acquisition.

• Strong data entry skills are essential for accurate record-keeping and reporting.
