Description:

New, Grand Opening of “The TechDeck” which is a walkup technology support center at an enterprise client. Here, you and your TechDeck team provide insightful advice and friendly, hands-on technical support to end user/business customers in need. You’ll quickly diagnose or escalate product issues on the spot, explaining situations with patience and compassion. You fulfill the clients service commitment with style, speed, and skill. Even if you’re juggling more than one customer, you stay conscious of their time demands as well as your own. You earn the trust of customers and coworkers alike.

Looking for a helpful person, with great personality to greet all walk up center users with a smile and ensure they get checked in properly. Will learn how to use ticketing system to log in users tickets.
