We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented materials management intern to join our global team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supporting strategic materials management projects critical to our global manufacturing footprint. You will work alongside professionals to ensure efficient inventory control, seamless materials handling, and support our diverse international operations.

Immerse yourself in a full-time, Monday-Friday internship, that will run in a continuous manner for 3 months (May through August 2025).

What You Will Do:

  • Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels across multiple manufacturing locations

  • Employ data analytics to identify inventory trends & opportunities for global optimization

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely material availability

  • Participate in material audits and assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date material master records

  • Contribute to enhancing materials management processes & documentation

  • Assist in preparing global reports and presentations related to materials management

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Powerpoint)

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
