Document Control Specialist

Kelly Science has immediate needs for 2 contract Document Control Specialists with one of our growing clients focused in the biotechnology space near Winston-Salem NC. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door of a scientific company.

Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Hourly Pay: $18.27-$19.23

Responsibilities:

• Organization and sorting of GMP and R&D related records, technical reports and manufacturing records

• Sorting of filing clinical research filing cabinets, organizing records and entering into excel spreadsheets

• Keeping a working inventory of all therapeutic and clinical related documents

• Scanning of GMP documents and entering them into electronic forms

• Completing other organization of regulated documents as required

Requirements:

• Experience working with regulated documents or GMP documents and organizational experience

• Familiar with MS office suite including Excel required

• Ability to multi task as needed and keen attention to detail

• AS in a scientific field highly preferred
