Job Description Onsite Solutions Analyst 2001 Theurer Blvd, Winona, MN 55987 HEADQ Full-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm OVERVIEW: Working as Full-time Onsite Solutions Analyst, you will be responsible for working closely with our Onsite sales and development teams, supporting them with information to improve speed to revenue within the entire Onsite program. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals. RESPONSIBILITIES: The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: oGathering and analyzing data used to compile into reports to support and make business decisions oLeading various projects through planning and implementation phases while holding regular stakeholder meetings to keep all parties updated in the project progress oDetermining and documenting business process requirements for all projects and initiatives oCollaborating with IT, Marketing, and Supply Chain departments to provide business directives in the development of Onsite tools oDeveloping and maintaining documentation of the Onsite program REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: The following skills and qualifications are required for this position: o Possess a current full valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located (including successful completion of any applicable graduated license program for your state or province) as well as the ability to meet our driving record requirements to use a company vehicle, as needed oPossess or are working towards a degree in Business/Marketing/Operations related field of study OR have at least 2 years of administrative or analyst work experience oExcellent written and oral communication skills oProficient using Microsoft Office Suite oHighly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented oDemonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities oExhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills oLearn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment oWork independently as well as in a team environment o Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork oPass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY) ABOUT US: Since 1967 Fastenal has grown as a distributor of industrial and construction supplies from a single branch to a Fortune 500 company with over 3,000 servicing locations, each providing tailored local inventory and personal service for our customers.
