Aerotek Machine Operator in Winona, Minnesota

Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Description

Candidates will perform various tasks including machine operating, replacing carbon fiber bails, operating a sit-down forklift, sweeping floors, and filling bins.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 90 Day(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Winona, Minnesota.

Work Environment

1st Shift: 6:45am - 3pm ($20) 2nd Shift: 2:45pm - 11pm ($22) 3rd Shift: 10:45pm - 7am ($22)

Break Schedule: 10 minute breaks. 30 minute paid lunch break.

Clean work environment with personalized AC units and mini fridges on each line. The facility has a lot of natural light. Approximately 40 production employees are scattered across 3 shifts. There are many long-tenured employees available to provide training and guidance.

Dress Code: Long sleeve shirt and pants. Shoes can be either steel or composite toed. Uniforms will be provided for positions that require them. Safety glasses and ear protection will be provided (one earbud allowed).
