3602BRDepartment:LAKE WINONA MANOR Position Overview: GET PAID WHILE TRAINING TO BECOME A CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT

WE WILL PAY OUR STARTING RATE OF $14.50 WHILE YOU ATTEND OUR CNA COURSE. UPON SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF THE COURSE AND TEST, YOUR WAGE WILL MOVE TO $16.00 PER HOUR. IN ADDITION, THE COURSE AND THE TEST WILL BE PAID FOR BY WINONA HEALTH.

ONLY HIRING FOR STRAIGHT 2ND SHIFT ($16.50) OR STRAIGHT 3RD SHIFT ($16.75).

2nd Shift (2:45pm - 11:15pm)

3rd Shift (11pm - 7am)

MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR AT LEAST 0.6 FTE (48 HOURS EVERY 2 WEEKS) OR HIGHER.

CLASS:

7/19 - 7/30 from 8am - 4:30pm

POSITION OVERVIEW:

  • Provide direct resident care with a strong emphasis on geriatrics.

  • Health restoration and maintenance of our resident population.

  • Utilize and interpret the resident plan of care, which includes short and long-term goals.

  • Document resident care information.

  • Demonstrate a strong and positive work ethic that promotes unit cohesiveness and morale.

  • Demonstrate a self-start attitude geared toward flexibility and adaptation to change.
