Robert Half Director/Manager Financial Reporting in Winn, Michigan

Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Director/Manager Financial Reporting based in the Mount Pleasant, Michigan area. This role primarily focuses on overseeing the financial reporting process within our industry. The individual will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing financial data, and conducting audits to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the processing of customer credit applications to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

• Maintain and manage accurate customer credit records.

• Resolve customer inquiries related to financial matters in a timely manner.

• Monitor customer accounts to identify any discrepancies or irregularities.

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, BlackLine, EPS, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning to manage and analyze financial data.

• Oversee and manage various accounting functions to ensure smooth operation.

• Supervise the Accounts Payable (AP) process to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.

• Conduct regular auditing to ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain the integrity of financial data.

• Manage and maintain the balance sheet account to reflect accurate financial status.

• Oversee and manage the budget processes to ensure financial efficiency and cost control.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with BlackLine and EPS

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Understanding of Accounting Functions

• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP)

• Skills in Auditing

• Ability to manage Balance Sheet Account

• Experience in Budget Processes
