We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst in Windsor, Wisconsin. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing IT support within our team, including setting up systems, maintaining hardware, and resolving IT-related issues Tuesday-Thursday 8-5.

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site IT support, including setting up computers and monitors, and replacing cables.

• Interact professionally with team members to troubleshoot and resolve their IT issues.

• Manage wireless troubleshooting as needed.

• Perform tasks related to cabling, including racking and un-racking gear, and patching switches into patch panels.

• Use your knowledge and skills in Dell Technologies, Active Directory, and Backup Technologies to ensure smooth operations.

• Utilize Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365 skills in daily tasks.

• Maintain reliability and work well with people in the team.

• Apply your knowledge in Configuration Management and CompTIA to improve system efficiency.

Requirements • Role: Desktop Support Analyst

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role

• Proficient knowledge in Computer Hardware

• Experience with Dell Technologies

• Familiarity with Active Directory

• Understanding of Backup Technologies

• Expertise in Configuration Management

• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10

• Skills in Microsoft Office 365

• Comptia certification preferred Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
