Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Lighting Quotations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently generating lighting quotations for our clients. Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will be crucial in ensuring accurate and competitive pricing for our customers.

Reports to: Sales Manager

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field desired, or 5 years work experience in lighting quotations and sales.

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role

· Strong knowledge of lighting products and industry trends

· Proficient in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint

· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

· Self-Starter with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

· Strong customer service orientation

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Familiarity with CRM software is a plus

Essential Job Functions:

Collaborate with sales teams to gather necessary information for quotations

· Review and analyze customer requests to determine the appropriate lighting solutions

· Conduct product research to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is included in quotations

· Prepare and submit comprehensive lighting quotations within established timelines

· Coordinate with vendors to obtain pricing and technical information

· Respond to customer inquiries and provide clarification on quotations

· Maintain accurate records of quotations and follow up on status as needed

· Assist with creating and maintaining a database of frequently quoted products

· Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions related to lighting products

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate translations of customer requirements into quotations

· Provide support with other administrative duties as required
