Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Can develop, produce and modify process operation and assembly sheets.

  • Experienced with basic manufacturing processes, methods, and techniques.

  • Support supplier questions about fixtures and part requirements.

  • Ability to manage various projects and process tasks while following approval process for authoring operation sheets

  • Identify areas for improved product manufacturability, reduced product cost, or improved product reliability.

  • Responds effectively in high-paced environment.

  • Production troubleshooting (cause & effect) must be a strength.

  • Can rationalize and implement inspection methods and techniques.

  • Familiarity with SAP preferred.

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

  • Have 1-3 years of experience as a project manager

  • Have a AS/BS in a Manufacturing or Engineering discipline or equivalent experience.

  • Are proficient with Microsoft software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Have the ability and willingness to learn new software

  • Work well with others in a team setting, but also be able to learn and take on new tasks on your own

  • Like to work in a fast paced, creative environment without a lot of management oversite. You are independent and forward facing

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

  • Mostly Office Environments, Occasional Shop Floor involvement.

  • Substantial amounts of telephone and computer work.

  • Heavily Regulated Industries with strict adherence to procedures.

  • Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early.

  • Typical 8 hour days plus lunch / 40 hour weeks / core (required) hours are 9AM to 4PM

  • Ability to use personal transportation to visit customer locations.
