TLD- America Accounts Payable Specialist (Windsor, CT) in Windsor, Connecticut

POSITION SUMMARY We are looking for a reliable and precise professional to help us properly maintain our payable information. The Accounts Payable Specialist will manage three-way match procedures, assist with coding non-PO invoices and assist with payments to vendors. In addition, we are seeking an experienced candidate who can work with vendors to resolve past due invoices in a professional manner and reconcile monthly statements as needed. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Matching invoices from vendors to receipts Processing and coding non-PO invoices and ensuring that proper approvals are given Other assignments as designated by Department Manager QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
