Job Title: Industrial Electrician
Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician for a plant that manufactures insulation materials for commercial and residential properties. The installation products are sold to major suppliers. This role involves working on conveyors, ovens, and slitters within a 24/7 operation, with responsibilities spanning a range of electrical systems and equipment.
Responsibilities
Connect with the maintenance manager and electrician team daily at 7 AM to receive work orders and PM orders in the SAP system.
Work on conveyors, ovens, and slitters across two production lines.
Install, repair, and maintain electrical circuits, systems, instrumentation, and equipment including motors, regulators, controllers, generators, and switches.
Inspect electrical equipment and machinery, diagnose faulty operations, determine corrective actions, document in maintenance scheduling programs, and perform repairs.
Stay updated with the latest types of electrical control, motor AC/DC Drives, PLCs, HMIs, and industrial lighting equipment.
Configure, commission, troubleshoot, and start up any AC/DC Drive, HMI, PLC, or DCS with minimal engineering assistance.
Document electrical changes by red-lining plant drawings and notifying Engineering of changes. Ensure all wires and devices are labeled correctly.
Assist lower-class maintenance personnel with electrical symbols and ensure drawings are accurate and up-to-date.
Essential Skills
Strong troubleshooting experience
Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and 3-phase electrical systems
Proficiency in SAP ERP and CMMS
Knowledge of NFP 70 E and ARC Flash Safety
Ability to work with various voltages including 24V and 4160V
Experience with conduit and wiring
Familiarity with ladder logic and PLC cabinets
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with conveyor systems
Understanding of 480 voltage systems

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $77875.00 - $77875.00/yr.
