Adecco US, Inc. Associate Analyst POS Hardware in Winder, Georgia

Adecco Staffing is assisting Chico's FAS with their search for a POS Install Analyst in Winder, GA. This is a 6 month temporary assignment, with the opportunity for long term for the right candidate. If you are interested, please APPLY today!

POSITION OBJECTIVE

This position supports the replacement, testing, configuration, and deployment of all In-store technology. This includes advanced troubleshooting of all Retail store IT hardware & software, including POS Registers, phone, music systems & mobile devices. The Associate Analyst Operations coordinates with the Hardware Group, In-Store Installation team, Store Operations, and Store Solution Center (SSC).

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintains internal support queue. Providing timely ticket updates and order status using Zendesk.

  • Coordinates with internal support to configure, ship and deliver store hardware systems.

  • Receives all returned RMA and newly purchased equipment.

  • Manages the POS Hardware physical inventorying following the inventory processes and procedures.

  • Places inventory replenishment orders to maintain minimum stock levels for all inventory items.

  • Manages the stores POS Hardware Support Queue.

  • Configures and ship replacement hardware.

  • Diagnoses and repairs of Point of Sale systems, PCs and phone & music systems.

  • Supports the deployment of new stores, remodels and relocations as needed.

  • Supports store closing processes.

  • Supports store technology remotely via phone support as needed.

JOB REQUIRMENTS

  • Preferred minimum 1-year experience in Retail Support environment

  • Preferred 1+ years' experience in warehouse environment

  • Minimum of 1year work experience with Windows based operating systems.

  • Minimum 1 year working knowledge with hardware, peripheral support and connectivity. POS preferred

  • CompTIA A+ Certifications preferred

  • Proficiency in various administrative applications including MS Office suite

  • Experience in internal ticketing systems (i.e. ZenDesk, Track-it, Remedy, Oracle, etc) preferred

  • Must be extremely detail oriented

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills are required

  • Excellent problem-solving skills are required

  • On-call and available to respond to request after-hours/weekends

  • Must have the ability to work in a fast pace environment and react to situations as they arise

  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Must be dependable, punctual, and reliable

Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
