Alternate title: Shift Supervisor
PIC (Person In Charge) is someone who is trained to run shifts for the store. You will be taught all inshop positions and will be expected to do them with 100% integrity and extreme sense of urgency at all times. In the position you will set the example for the inshop and delivery driver crew.
PICs are similar to Assistant Managers but since they do not work a fixed schedule it provides more flexibility.
The ideal candidate:
Can learn quickly and adapt to changing situations
Has the desire to learn and practice strong leadership always
Does everything with 100% integrity, including follow all rules and dress code
In this position you will need to:
Be able to run all positions in the store
Know how to prepare all recipes and portions
Be responsible for all cash in store during shifts in which you manage
Be able to coach employees and be receptive to coaching feedback yourself
When you are not in the store running shifts as the PIC you will likely be scheduled as an inshopper or driver (if you are approved).
Salary: $14.50 to $15.00 /hour
