We're seeking a Customer Support Representative to work at a premier client in Winchester, Virginia. This opportunity is not remote-100% on-site.

Pay Rate: $18.00

What's a typical day as a Customer Support Representative? You'll be:

  • Answering incoming phone calls to assist customers

  • Placing occasional outgoing calls to follow up with customers

  • Assisting customers with questions/concerns and offering solutions where possible

  • Educating potential customers by answering product questions and suggesting suppliers/contractors

  • Providing support to customers using online Cost Calculator tool

  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers and creating a connection with every caller

  • Updating customer information in the customer service database during and after each interaction
