Description We are seeking a Cloud System Administrator to join our team in Winchester, Kentucky. This role focuses on implementing, maintaining, and supporting the cloud infrastructure of our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and installing computer infrastructure, monitoring system performance, providing technical support, and recommending solutions for improvement.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and install computer infrastructure, including storage, hardware, servers, and virtual machines, using a VMware vSphere environment.

• Configure the infrastructure for production by creating user accounts, controlling network access, and managing storage and security settings.

• Perform daily maintenance of software, identify problem areas, and design and install upgrades, releases, and application patches.

• Provide technical support to clients responding promptly to issues reported by clients, conducting root cause analysis and testing scenarios for thorough resolution.

• Participate heavily in planning the infrastructure alongside IT management, researching possible solutions, developing and presenting design ideas, and evaluating industry trends to assist in implementing standards and best practices.

• Create and maintain documentation for all system-related processes and procedures, including project requirements, changes and upgrades, implementation plans, and support tickets.

• Use your skills in Database, EO/IR systems, IBM, Linux Technologies, Microsoft, AB Testing, Active Directory, Backup Technologies, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, Nutanix, VMware, Vmware Infrastructure, Vmware Technologies, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure DevOps, Azure DevOps Server, Azure DevOps Services, Azure SQL Database, Azure Storage, Azure Stack, Microsoft Azure, and Windows Azure. Requirements • Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Cloud System Administrator

• Proficient in database management

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems

• Knowledgeable in IBM related technologies

• Proficiency in Linux technologies

• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies and platforms

• Ability to conduct AB Testing

• Experience with Active Directory

• Proficiency in Backup Technologies

• Understanding of Computer Hardware

• Experience in Configuration Management

• Knowledge of Nutanix technology

• Familiarity with VMware, VMware Infrastructure, and VMware Technologies

• Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure DevOps, Azure DevOps Server, and Azure DevOps Services

• Knowledge of Azure SQL Database, Azure Storage, Azure Stack, Microsoft Azure, and Windows Azure is required. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
