Job Description:
As an Irrigation Technician, assist our clients develop and maintain desired landscapes. Be responsible for foreseeing, identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving irrigation issues and performing preventative maintenance tasks on an ongoing basis.
- Performing preventative and diagnostic system checks on an ongoing basis
- Reporting system check findings to the operations leadership team
- Understanding client needs while meeting or exceeding expectations
- Troubleshooting and resolving irrigation issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Safely operating and maintaining irrigation equipment and all other company property
- Communicating escalations to the Account Manager and/or Irrigation Manager
- Maintaining collaborative relationshipswith internal and external clients
- Performing other tasks as assigned
