Description
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman HVAC Service Technicians for projects located in Wilton, CT. This is a first shift opportunity with a pay rate up to $40/hr based on experience and skill level. If you are an HVAC Service Technician eager to demonstrate your knowledge and skills while learning new ones, this is your chance to advance in your career!
Job Scope:
Preventative maintenance checks and services on standard package and split-unit HVAC systems
Inspecting and repairing/replacing belts and pulleys
Cleaning condensate drain lines
Testing power and performance of compressors, fan motors, and blower motors
Testing burners, heat exchangers, and all safety and operational controls
General repairs on steam and hot water boiler systems
Diagnosing and repairing common mechanical, electrical, or system failures
Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Valid S2 or S1 Journeyman License
EPA Universal Certification
5+ years of experience
Must have reliable transportation and good attendance
