Siemens is looking for a motivated ServiceNow Developer to work on our ServiceNow development team.

You will be working with an excellent team on ServiceNow development as we build processes and automation to support our workforce. Your knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB, public cloud asset content or security operations vulnerability response modules is s plus.

Responsibilities include:

  • Create ServiceNow request catalogs, record producers, workflow, and cross-platform API integrations.

  • Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, REST APIs and ACLs including advanced scripting logic.

  • Create and configure Notifications, UI pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatters, etc.

  • Create and maintain data integrations between ServiceNow and other systems.

  • Develop system integrations and process automation.

  • Provide technical support and problem resolution regarding the new and existing data analytics, policy, process, standards, and best practices related to Configuration Management.

  • Works with other ITSM process owners to understand new requirements and identify how Configuration management can support and administer the tool for configuration and asset management, ServiceNow Discovery, and additional applications or modules as assigned.

Job Qualifications and Competencies:

  • BS in Computer Science

  • 3+ years with ServiceNow development and working knowledge in asset discovery and asset management practices.

  • Demonstrated experience with JavaScript, Ajax, AngularJS, Bootstrap, jQuery, Jelly, CSS, HTML/HTML5

  • Understanding of REST and JSON technologies

  • Expert knowledge of ServiceNow toolset and integrations with related systems, including a strong background on the ServiceNow Platform and capabilities

  • Knowledgeable of cloud infrastructure environments a plus, Now Security Operations and App Engine a plus

  • Capable of working closely with a globally dispersed team.

  • Willingness to learn new technologies and skills.

  • Excellent English language skills both verbal and written.

The salary range for this position is $101,200 to $141,700 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
