Siemens Industry Software is a leader in electronic design automation (EDA). We enable companies to develop better electronic products faster and more cost-effectively. We are seeking a high-energy, experienced EDM Consultant. The candidate will be a member of a multi-disciplinary team and will develop design methodologies to exploit and expand the use of Xpedition products.
Key Responsibilities:
Track record for developing and using PCB design methodologies
Ability to assess and identify areas to improve customer design flows.
Experience with library and design management.
Ability to capture the scope, schedule risks, and ensure mitigation plans are managed to meet the Customer’s project objectives.
Partner with account teams and technical leads to manage a successful sales campaign
Develop and maintain services offering-based input forms to capture Customer objectives and requirements.
Work with the assigned program manager to scope project efforts and capture project proposals.
Develop Statement of Work (SOW) documents with the assigned program manager.
Delivering detailed project plans.
Provide project status reports to the program manager and Customer stakeholders.
Active management of Customer Relationships through the execution
Continually look for improvement opportunities in project delivery and metrics to increase measurable results
Required skills and experience:
Electrical Engineering or Computer Science degree with a strong engineering background.
5+ years of hands-on experience developing PCB flows, including library and data management
Understanding PCB design, logical Verification, Timing Verification, and Physical Verification.
Excellent customer focus, attitude, and excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills with a sense of urgency
Excellent interpersonal, telephone, and electronic communications skills
Strong organizational skills

The salary range for this position is $92,880 to $185,760 (consisting of a base and variable) . Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees.
